GK Splitter

Features are:

* split signal for BOSS GP-10 and Roland GR-55

* assign S1/S2 on guitar to one or both devices

* onboard S1/S2 is also assignable

* assign volume (or use "max") to devices

* unbuffered input for normal guitar
